収蔵品、展示品の概要 Collections and Exhibits
天文・物理・化学分野の資料や実験・観察装置を収集・展示しており、見たり、触れたりしながら、自然の法則や科学の原理を学べます。また、科学実験ショーやプラネタリウムでは学芸員が直接、科学の世界を紹介します。
Our collections and exhibits concern astronomy, physics and chemistry. You can study the principles of science by looking, touching, and hands-on experiments. In addition, we also present science shows and planetarium shows, educational staff directly explain the science world.
教育普及活動 Education Programs
科学教室や科学講座、講演会、天体観測会などを年間50回以上実施しています。
また、800人以上が参加する科学館友の会では、毎月の例会やサークル、合宿など、科学をより深く楽しみ学ぶプログラムを用意しています。
We have more than 50 programs per year such as science lectures, workshops and star-parties. And member of "Tomo-no-kai" the museum associate club can participate in advanced programs that monthly meeting, circles, stargazing camps and so on.
